Hi! My name is Dee Duke, and I’m so glad that you’ve come to visit my website. I hope that you enjoy my art as much as I enjoy making it.

I’ve been making art (of some kind or another) my entire life. My true artistic passion is watercolors. I love the chaos, and working to capture it permanently—it’s like taking a snapshot of a wonderful dream.

I’ve also worked extensively in other media, all of which I love. Some of these include: Oil on Canvas Acrylics Charcoal Pencil, Pen, and Marker But some of the my favorite projects have been discovering wild new ways to express myself: things like collage, printing, and even crafts like soap-making and felt!

My paintings have been featured in galleries, art shows, charity auctions... and also hung in private homes, to be enjoyed every day by their owners. Now let me tell you about the things I love to paint! .

Nature - I am always amazed at the beauty of nature. Even when my paintings are focused on a person or an animal, nature is always the best backdrop. I believe that God made this world just for us to enjoy... and I’m always working to capture His amazing vision in my own art

Animals - There’s not much in this world I love more than animals. They get me! And whether they’re pets in someone’s home, or living wild and free in nature... animals make wonderful models.

The Great American South - I’ve lived in the American South as long as I’ve been alive. And while there are many great places to live in our country, none captures my heart like the Southern states. From the hills and bluffs of Tennessee to the tropical paradise of Florida... the South gives me inspiration every day!

Dogs - I love all animals, but dogs have a special place in my life. I get such joy out of painting dogs—and not just my own. So if you have any pictures of your own dogs, I’d love to see them... they might even inspire a new masterpiece. Thank you so much for visiting my website. I love to share my art with everybody, and I’d be so happy to hear from you. So please follow me on social media and start a conversation. Your support and feedback would mean the world to me!
